How it works

Renting online

Choose your piece. Pick your dress and rental length: 4 days or 8 days.
Set your event date. Please book so your rental arrives at least 2 days before your event. This leaves time to try it on and covers us in case of any shipping delays.
Pay your security deposit. A refundable security deposit is payable separately before dispatch: $300, or $500 for garments purchased for over $1,000.
Wear it and enjoy. Your rental price includes postage to you.
Return it. Send your rental back on the last day of your rental using the return label provided with your order.

Security deposit

Your refundable security deposit is $300, or $500 for garments purchased for over $1,000. Any damage or late return fees are taken from the deposit, and the remainder is refunded to you.

Late returns

A late fee of $50 per day applies if your rental is returned after the last day of your rental. Please post it back on time using the label provided.

Trying on

Ordering online, you will have time to try your rental on before your event. If you would like to try before you rent, you can book a try on in Melbourne. See Book a try on.

Good to know

No refunds if you don't wear it. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you do not end up wearing your rental. Cancellations are covered in our Refund policy.
Accessories. Bags, shoes, jewellery and other accessories shown in our photos are styling only and are not included unless stated.
